Like sands through the hourglass, so are the days of our lives. When enough of those days have elapsed after the release of the latest print edition of the Brow, we release that same issue digitally, in three sequential parts. Yup, you guessed it: it’s time for the third and final instalment of the yummiest, saltiest, yeastiest Brow ever, issue #29.
We make every issue of our print magazine available to read digitally – which you can now do via the web, or through our free-to-download app. We do this because the work we publish is first and foremost intended for the printed page, and to shovel it all into one single digital issue would be silly.
We know that some folks can’t get their hands on a print copy easily, or simply just prefer to read on their handheld device, and so we work to ensure the digital reading experience is also a special one. And since we also know that not everyone has an Apple device, we’ve made our digital versions work on just about any device you care to use: desktop, non-Apple phones, tablet.
The third and final of three TLB29 digital instalments is now available. What’s inside that gloriously pink cover? Not Australia’s favourite use of leftover brewer’s yeast, but delicious work from Gabriel Filippa, Chris Gooch, Lou Heinrich, Brie Moreno, David Thornby, Ruth Wyer, Alex Cuffe, Lyra Hill, Adam Rivett, Helen Addison-Smith, Emilie Gleason, Anna Haifisch, and Shaun Prescott.
It puts a rose in every cheek! It puts nice words by clever people into every brain! Slather this “salty, slightly bitter, malty, and rich in umami” delight all over your mind-toast by clicking here.
